Any parent knows shopping for children's shoes is not easy. But what if it could be? TODL, a D2C footwear subscription for ever-growing kids, is the outcome of a 12 week sprint propelling an idea from conception to go-to-market strategy.
The result of a 12 week sprint, product and brand were created in response to a an investment brief from the Pentland Group. The idea was born from the study of consumer insights in the category, and joined the dots between pain points and market opportunity. The results? A bold, uncomplicated aesthetic that embodies the simple proposition — well designed, hassle-free shoes for kids.
