Caroline Leroux founded CSUPER in 2020 because she believes brands have the power to shape culture and future. Her instinctive leadership merges commercial strategy with creativity to help founders and brand leaders bring their vision to life and drive change. With a background in creative direction, she is a courageous storyteller whose work is guided by a single-minded aspiration: to build the iconic brands of tomorrow.
Before founding CSUPER, Caroline served in creative leadership roles at international studios and agencies. A M.A. graduate of Université Paris La Sorbonne, Caroline lives between London, Paris and New York City. Past and present collaborations include Speedo, Lacoste, Dior, Le Printemps de Paris, Galeries Lafayette, Karen Millen, Paw, Kickers, Battersea Power Station and Hudson Yards to name a few.

Fabrice has spent the last 20 years honing his skills managing and delivering strategic brand communications. He is solution focused and strives to build strong relationships at all levels to create collaborative and productive partnerships, both internally and externally. Having built his career agency side in JWT and Publicis, Fabrice has worked across a range of international brand consultancies and enjoys applying creative problem solving to stakeholder management, project architectures and multiple deliveries. Notable clients include Start JudgeGill, JWT, Publicis, Nestlé, Adidas, Barclays, Virgin Atlantic, Speedo, Eurostar.
Hanna is a forward-thinking cross-function specialist who has spent the last 15 years developing her skills in brand creative operations — building and developing teams, strengthening collaborations, facilitating new partnerships and determining new areas of value. With both agency and in-house experience she has consulted for established global brands, accelerated start-ups and grown global agencies.

Andrew is a creative leader who believes that great ideas can change the world. With over 15 years experience in brand building and design systems he has led talented teams both in-house and agency side. As a creative director, he ensures all work is strategically sound, conceptually inspiring, and creatively powerful. Strategic and precise, he listens and challenges to articulate creative responses that have one thing in common: the foundation of a great idea. Cristina Vila Nadal
A seasoned art director, director and overall image creator, Cristina brings an elevated perspective on content creation. She has worked with brands and international agencies to deliver commercially driven campaigns across numerous categories from hair, beauty and fashion to furniture and beverage. On set and off set Cristina is an energetic creative and a resourceful multitasker. Select clients include Hourglass, Lacoste, River Island and House of Holland.
London / Barcelona
Jiani is a multi-disciplinary designer with expertise in visual identity systems, digital media, print and environmental design. Jiani brings excellence in creativity through their work in Singapore, Dubai, Taiwan, and Canada. During the past 10 years they have led the development of innovative and digital forward creative to engage key audiences across sectors worldwide. Select clients include Asian Civilizations Museum, World Bank and Kimpton Bangkok.
Mona is a skillful designer with experience in digital design, static print as well as packaging, typography and Arabic calligraphy. She is well-versed in the Arabic language and strives to create beautiful bilingual graphics that highlight the beauty of Arabic typography. With experience in-house and in agencies she uses her rare skills to create practical and visionary designs. Adaptable and curious, she is always ready for a challenge.
